Default 2006 polaris 500 efi ho

idles kind of. dies when throttle up. injector checks fine, pump replaced, new plug. when i unplug map, same symptom. is there a way to check the sensor?

Most common problem on thsese were the wiring leading to the sensors,not the sensors themselves. May or may not throw codes when this happens. Most common thing on no idle,erratic idle,popping back,etc was the tbap wiring and connector. Look over this sticky post. Applies to the 500 also.https://atvconnection.com/forums/pol...ap-wiring.html Originator of this post started making better repair harness kits than I had from Polaris that continued to fail. Here's the site.https://otbpowersports.com/products/ Only other thing I can think of is to pull the sensor up and check that the grommet isn't cracked or damaged.Item #9 on the parts breakdown.
