If any of you 09 Razr owners experience a popping noise in the front end,especially when turning full left,there is a "tech bulletin" about adding an extra washer behind the two cone shaped washers on the front hubs. Some make this noise,some dont! Have had a couple do this and is an easy fix! PS Maybe a fluke,BUT also check your vent lines from the fuel pump to be sure they are open! The vent line is routed to the back, up into the brace behind the drivers seat and can get kinked! It caused a fuel tank on a brand new Razr S with 75 miles to collapse inward from the pump suction! Looked like it had been hit and caved in,but no damage to machine from a wreck was evident! Verified this from Polaris! Warranty covered the $400 plus fuel tank,but if happens after warranty expires,DONT know! Just a heads up fellas! Good luck OPT
