99 ranger 6x6 front axle seal size?
#1
Anyone know of the actual size or part number other than from the dealer to get the front outer axle seals or strut seal , mine are leaking hub fluid down on the inside of the wheels and need to be changed. but the dealer wants 18.50 to 22.50 each.. I really don't want to spend that!! and are they hard to change?

This is the link I gave to another person asking about the size of #3610019 and 3610028 seals. This is the dimensions for the hub seal. It has to be pressed in. The strut seal can just be pulled out and replaced easily.Just type in the number for its dimensions. http://forums.atvconnection.com/pola...ml#post3158563

I changed one a few years back,I had a Cylmer manual ,I do remember it was not that bad of a job.
less then a hour including a beer, and did it outside in the back yard.
Needed a torque wrench, its vital to get the castle Nut tighten to correct spec. 13lb/ft or something around there.
