anybody ever have their coil go out...thats what the shop is tellin me

 

Dodgepower, not to be a pain, but which model are you talking about? My 99 Sport race mod still has the stocker on it. Revs to the moon and back....but now after posting, I'm sure it's gonna go boom! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

ive got a 02 scrambler 500 2x4 with jet kit,white bros pipe, clutch kit....well last week started up but didnt wanna stay runnin...threw a new plug in...ran fine could gas it but hadnt takin it out yet....took out sunday...started up...went about two laps around the yard then mashed it....it died.....started again...did same thing only this time wouldnt start at all....took out out checked for fire...seemed to have it...checked fuel pump its going...charged battery.....changed another plug still no go....took to the shop yesterday mornin and they are saying the coil but not sure i believe those yahoos....its a new shop i took it too cause just recently moved...
