If you are just looking for better take off change the primary clutch spring to a Poaris white spring. Its a cheap mod ($20) and will be well worth it.

Hi . I was thinking of getting a clutch kit as well. Why don't you call your local dealer to get some price quotes? My polaris dealer in Fredericton has many after market suppliers and their prices are reasonable. I can get a total under body protection package for under $100 CDN for example

POLARIS WHITE will do what you want for a stock 4 stroke. You wont gain topend but you wont loose much either. If you really want to spend some cash go with a Pipe and complete clutch kit.But if you really want power and speed you may need to trade up to a bigger machine.Tthe 325 and 330 TBoss arent know for speed and power but are great bikes for what they are made for.

Hi guys, I would recommend the RCR stage 1 kit to anyone. It only took about 2 hours to install everything, and if you have any questions, Rick Ritter is always there to help. As far as reliability, no change for me, no adjusting, just start it and go! I was so happy with the power increase that I even took the clutch spring back out. (My wife is only 95 lbs. and it was to easy to lift the front end.) With the spring in, it takes 1/4 to half throttle for the clutch to engage and with a light rider can really bring the front end up, wheelie city!! (A little harder to get my big a** up!) And, it sounds soooo sweet! As far as speed...I would say about 52-55 top end...but thats just a guess. you will notice more on the bottom end, especially with the clutch spring.

I called the polaris dealership today and asked about a polaris white spring and a clutch kit. the dealer said there is no such thing as a clutch kit and the polaris white spring they said would do nothing. Is this true, personally I think the dealer is full of $hit. Have you guys her of a cam, would this do anything for my 2003 330 trail boss.(speed take off)

They don't make a clutch kit for the 330 would it be ok if a got a 500 sportsmen clutch kit and put it on my bike.

Mark, I replied to your "wheelie" topic and told you about the mods I did to my O3 Trail Boss. Call Rick at RCR (618) 644-3211. He will help you. Good luck.
