Default SP 700 and C-series Kit (27" tires)

Me and some friends buy the C-series Kit with the ITP 589 27" tires for our Sportman 700 2003, and the front tire is touching the rear part of the front fender, does anybody knows what to do about it, we don´t think a lift kit will help, because the problem is no in the upper part of the fender, is in the rear part insted

best regard for every body

I had the same problem and am still trying to fix it better. I have an 02 500. First the tires rubbed against the tie rod ends so had to get a set of 1 inch spacers. That solved that problem but the tires rubbed on the fenders when turning or when I hit a bump. I have put a spacer under the strut, it helped some at the same time I put on heavy duty springs. Still get some rubbing but not as bad. The springs are a bit shorter so do not know which helped. Also put some spacers under the springs. A lift kit will lift the body and thus the fenders. Have heard about possibly popping the CV joints with a lift so have stayed away from that. Has been a trial and error thing for me so still working on. But they really worked good last weekend except for rubbing sometimes.
