Default Oil Pressure Diagnostic Mode

In the diagnostic mode on a 03 700, what does that thing on the left side on the oil pressure screen mean?

Thanks shopman, that's what had me confused, I couldn't see anything happening on that screen. Where does the sending unit mount and where does it connect?
