Getting Closer to Razor Edge Tuning
#1
I changed the pilot jet from a 35 to a 30 because the last time out it burbled and sputtered at less than 1/2 throttle. Boy, did that clean it up. I can see that either I need some more practice riding wheelies, or get a front rack and keep a 90 lb. bag of cement strapped to it to keep the front end on the ground..... LOL
The front end gets serious air time now. When I went to the hunting camp on Tuesday this week, I never even got to open it all the way up. Every time I ride this thing I walk away more impressed.

Capt,
Wait until you get a 38 TMX or 39mm PWK carb on it with porting and head mods! It's down right scary! Imagine crusing down a trail at a leisurely 30 mph, nailing the throttle and having the front end come up farther and farther the faster you go! It's a killer rush!

Capt,
If you get aluminum rims and and a set of decent tires (Holeshot XTCs) they will weigh about the same as the Steel rims and 2 ply Titans that come on it. Of course you'll increase traction, cornering ability, and puncture resistance too.
