velocity accelerator

Default velocity accelerator

Does any body use a velocity accelerator? I seen one on hpd's site but don't really understand what it does. any info would be helpful thanks..

It's two plates that slide into the throat of the carb. If you do technical (slower) woods riding they can benefit your throttle response. Not wot though.

they are also only for the 35 and 39 PWK keihin carbs[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

they do help on bottom end in the trails to get a little quicker response to get the front end over obstacles but dont seem to affect top at all
