I got a 325 magnum 4x4 last year. I ran it all through winter and i like the way it handles for a utility. I test drove a 2003 500ho sportsman, but it doesn't handle as well. But it had a lot more power. I was wandering if there was anything I could do for my 325 magnum to seriously enhance the performance. Thanks

 

This has been an on going search of mine for my 325 but aside from manufacturer claims I have yet to find anyone who has done the pipe and clutch upgrades that are " supposedly " give a 15% boast in power and torque. I tried to get test results from a couple of companies who sell kits for the 325 but one will not supply the test or dyno results for their products and the other has never really put one of their kits actually on one of the bikes but says " they were engineered and designed for it ". All I can say is if you can find someone who actually done the job talk his ear off and please let me know, I' m not going to drop that kind of cash for so called " Claims " , I want proof.

 

thanks for the info. i did notice some pipes and clutch kits from Aaen, but like you said they don't say what the results will be.
