Does anyone know were restrictors are on the scrambler 50 or how to increase speed? I purchased 2001 scrambler 50 for my daughter (pre-owned) and a 2002 scrambler 50 for my son new. The 2001 is considerable quicker than the 2002. 2002 will only go 12 MPH. I've taken the restrictor off the muffler and between the cylinder/jug muffler per the 2002 owners guide. Contacting Polaris has been no help, customer service states no information can be provided?
