I have a 99 sc 400 and im trying to find clicker shocks for it. does anyone know were I can find them

They are no longer availble. Check out Works Performance though, they have struts & shock.

Iv heard of people that make clicker shocks out of the stock shock has anyone heard of this? does anyone make them custom?

Its a shock that you can adjust the stifness of the shock while riding. if you want a nice soft ride you adjust the shock to the soft setting. if you want to do some jumping or are bottoming you can make it stiffer so you dont bottom out. in short it adjust the preload.

The clicker shocks had external "click" postion adjustments for rebound and compression dampening.
