Default Tri FLow- Modquad some ???'s

Hey Modquad, I just found some Tri Flow at Carquest the other day. I picked it up becaue you said it is the best! Man that stuff is expensive!! But anyway, where should I use it? On my chain? Tie rod ends? Is it safe for o-ring chains? How often should I use it?
Thanks

It's expensive because it contains Teflon....Dupont holds the rights to it, and they charge accordingly. I use it on the chain, and all steering components that don't have provisions for grease. I go over the quad quick after every wash. Your chain will take a while for the Tri-flow to displace the other lube you were using, but very soon, your chain will have a good habit of being very clean. Same properties that don't let eggs stick to the pan work for the quad rider. That along with the 3M Marine Vinyl protectant from Walmart, people think you spend hours maintaining and detailing your quad, when in all actuality from beginning of wash to the final wipe is normally around 30 mins.. Don't forget the Simple Green type of biodegradable cleaner, and the $80 Menard's pressure washer.

Already got the Simple Green!! Love the stuff. They just opened up a Menard's about 30 minutes away. I got to check it out. What kinda powerwasher did ya get? How well does it do? Some friends have the cheap powerwashers and they are junk. Mine as well use the garden hose!

The pressure washer I have is just the $80-$90 little black electric unit... I think it even has a black cat on it...don't remember the name. I just use the spray bottle and go over the machine, let is soak a bit, then spray it off. Just watch the decals, chain, and open air filter if you have one. Quick and easy.

I get Tri Flow for free at work. hehe Good stuff tho. I like to use it on shocks and struts also. The teflon helps keep them working smooth.
