Help with explorer 300 Carb.
#1
My brother-in-law and I are rebuilding a 96 explorer 300. We have it almost finished, but we have one catch. The carb. was already off the engine when we started. So we need to get the vacuum line layout for the carb. We have looked everywhere for the vacuum line layout but can't find one. Can someone help?
Thanks
Jim

First thing is that they are vent lines not vacuum. Usually the nipple on the top right goes to a tee that ties in
with the nipple on the bottomand then down to a check valve that let fuel out but no dirt back in.
Just make sure the oil line on the left side of the carb is hooked up, the 300 is the only carb on a Polaris that has
an oil line to it.
