Default SP 700 Winch rattle???

Any one have a sp 700 with warn 2.5ci winch. At approximatly 15mph, a loud vibration occurs. I assumed it was the roller guides, however after I wedged a piece of rubber in it, I still heard the noise/vibration. Coming from the frontend somewhere. Anyone have a similar problem.

My '02 with the 2000 pound winch does the same thing except in my case it was the rollers. The other vibration I hear at about the same RPM/speed is the plastic rack and front plastic vibrating on each other.

Yep, I've got it too. I calmed it down a little bit by putting nylon washers at the ends of all four rollers but still get the anoying plastic on plastic one that I can't chase down....(its hard to get your head up by the winch an 15-20 mph!)

Check your exhaust pipe by wedging it with a pry bar. 700s have an annoying off idle sound in the pipe that
i have not had much success with. Most exhaust noise can be adjusted out with the adjustable bumpers it sits on.
The racks do make noise also but also I think it is the center cover under it is making noise
