I HAVE THE WB CAN AND ORDERED THE HOTSEAT "HI-FLO" KIT , WHICH CONSISTS OF A BILLET ADAPTER TO MOUNT TO VELOCITY TUBE AND MOUNTS IN THE AIR BOX AND THEN THE K&N CLAMPS ON, AND THE LID STAYS OFF. ALSO COMES WITH A FILTER FOR CRANKCASE HOSE AND OUTER PREFILTER AND JETS. MY QUESTION IS IF I SHOULD ALSO PURCHASE THE DYNOJET KIT. I UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDLE IS TAPERED DIFFERANT AND CAN MAKE AN ADDITIONAL 2-5% INCREASE. IS THIS TRUE AND/OR IS IT WORTH THE MONEY?? ($60.00) THANKS

 

If the kit comes with jets I wouldn't bother. I have the dynojet kit because my local dealer said they didn't have the jets (I think they were yankin my chain) and I needed to get it done with the slip on K&N. But I wouldn't spend the $60.

 

the jets that go in those stock carbs are the same as mikuni watercraft jets so maybe your dealer just didn't know that or thay don't have water craft jets, and yes some times you see better throttle response with a jet kit with differtent needles and springs peak numbers tend to stay pretty close though thanx jeremy hot seat performance
