GriffBurger,
It's nice to see someone from my old stomping grounds in Armstrong county,Pa here on the forum.
I have "only" about $8,000 in just my Sport and am just starting to do the same to my Trailblazer. It truly is a shame that it took so much money to make my Sport into the machine I wanted, but you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs (or in this case, spending some cash).
Feel free to check out my web pages if you have the time, to see what I mean. Just click the hyperlink under my name to get to the page.

Mike, I would be interested in hearing what you have on your sport to get to $8000. I have a 2000 400 4x4 and have spent about $1000 and I thought the only thing I was lacking was porting, maybe a big bore kit in the future. oh yea I want tires and rims too.

I'm sure I've forgotten to list a few things. Check out my site on page three. It lists all the add ons. Just click the hyperlink below my name.
Like Jerry said, I'm not quite up to the power level of his, but I need a little more controlability in the woods. As it is it's pretty scary now.
The big bore kits are fine, but they won't give you as much in the top end, due to the location of the ports. I may eventually get there. It is nice to know that you can go all the way up to 87 mm on the stock liner (stock 83mm).

Actualy the "super cooler" is an aluminum bung that you fit into your coolant return line to help keep the temp down.
My PWK is set up with a 168 main, 38 pilot, and EEG needle (clip in the middle). Air screw is about 2 1/2 turns out. Kehin jets are sized differently than Mikuni's in case your wondering.
