I think A400L and Mike Chero need to race. I want to see these beasts. Do you guys race against a lot of Banshee's and DS650's etc?

Head out to Jericho (Sand Mountain) Memorial weekend, there is a couple guys from American Fork that are eating Banshees alive (alcohol) with there 400's.

Jerry, I saw one of those super coolers in a add for $16. Are they effective they look very simple. Also you said you may be going to a OEM chain have you ever broke one?

 

I think i might try the OEM chain to save a few $$. I original one I had worked great. The DID was expensive, I just don't want to have to buy a new one already.

Hard to say wether or not the super cooler really works, but I'm sure it won't hurt.

how fast do they go top speed and from a stop? wow.. you could have bought a another sport and put another 3 grand into that one for that much! holy crap!

 

I have yet been able to radar mine. Tried once but called it off due to 50MPH sustained winds. I'd bet the top end isn't that impressive, but 0-60 in sand, in about 4 sec's is.

I can say though that where I ride/race it takes a Banshee on Methanol to get me in a 300' sand drag. I've got an alcohol carb (40mmPWK) on the shelf just waiting to be used, but I need to do a bit more research.

I don't know exactly how fast it will go yet, but I do know that it'll beat a stock Banshee like a red headed step child in both acceleration and top speed. I will GPS the quad after it gets broken in.
