Default Pipe question Scrambler 400 4x4

I am wanting to get a pipe for my 2002 Scrambler 400X. Is there a good pipe that I could run without putting in a clutch kit? I don't have the money now for a clutch kit. Jetting would be O.K. along with the pipe. I mostly ride trails and a lot of mud. I don't expect anything major on the top end. I am more concerned with the low to mid range improvement along with some improved acceleration. If possible I would like a little something on the top end also. I definitely don't want to lose any top end. Is this hopeless or does somebody out there make a pipe that would work for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you should get the DYNOPORT pipe if you're intented to run with no clutc
updated clutch setup, cauz that pipe peak hp are in the same rpm range than stock (around 6000 rpm).
they also claim that on their website:no clutch kit needed.
that pipe is pretty loud tough, and doesn't add much HP cauze of the lower revving powerband.

What ever you do dont get the DG pipe, had it on my 98 scrambler didnt notice to many gains, just losses. I lost a ton of low end with the pipe. I WOULD GO WITH A PIPE AND CLUTCH KIT COMBO, maybe from aeen, or rcr. Good luck.

I would recommend a AAEN trail/mid range pipe and silencer - it's a very good all around pipe. All you would need to do is rejet the main and get a foam air filter. when i first put my pipe on i went to a 35 pilot jet and a 290 main, clip in the center and about 1.5 turns on the air screw and a UNI dual stage foam air filter. you will need to do some plug checks to get your air mixture set correctly. If you had an extra 25 to 30 i would replace the stock reeds with aftermarket ones because it makes everything work together more effeiecient.
