Will a 39 or 40 sprocket fit with the stock skid plate and will the stock chain fit?
Wear can I get a Outerwears Filter for the clamp on K&N? I have the part number but my dealerships around here in Canada can't find one for me or a crossover number.
For drag racing on grass/maybe alittle dirt has anyone played with the suspension settings and figured out what works best for hooking up? stiffen it, soften it or drop it to the ground anybody know?
Where can I get a 13 and a 16 tooth front sprocket, me dealers can't find these either.
Warranty just ran out on my bike had it in for work and wasn't really impressed.
Glad, it was free but these are all parts I have never had to replace on my Honda 400ex and it's a 99.
I don't think Polaris's RD for 3 years was quite up to par or they had an awful pile of cheap metal cheap.
33 hours on bike in six months warranty work as follows
Bolt shock 2x
Screw, cap 8x
Bushing-a-arm 16x
Shaft-a-arm 8x
Ball Joint 4x (plus 1x after 21hrs)
Ring-retainer, external 4x
Sleeve 2x
Headlight 1x
Thats $900 Canadian with Labour ouchy.

39 tooth sprocket fits with the rear skid and stock chain, 40 is suppose to but never tried it.
You can order the front and rear sprockets directly from Sprocket Specialists, they have a web site.
You will just have to play with your suspension to get it like you want. Everyone is different with theirs.

I don't race, I do have my own sand pit and jumps but I haven't gotten over 6 feet off the ground yet, I also made a really hard whoop section thats a pounding I guess, 18 hrs was in the winter on the lake and groomed trails though.
I'am a aggressive rider, my buddies are always behind.

I can help you on a couple things.
A 39 tooth will fit in the guard and on the chain. A 40 tooth will fit in the guard, but it does rub a little. It did not seem to affect the performance, or cause problems with the chain, however. I put a 40 tooth on mine, briefly. The stock chain fit, but only because it was stretched. When a new chain was put on by my dealer, it no longer fit.
You can order Outerwears from their website: http://www.outerwearsracing.com/ They offer excellent service.
I have bought a 13 and 39 tooth sprocket from Sprocket Specialists. Both were aluminum, and both lasted less than 3 weeks. I recommend Sidewinder. They are a bit more, but much better quality.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. I've had some of the same. Ball joints, headlights(both). I am also having a problem with the rear brake caliper mounting bracket. It has been replaced, and after two weeks, is bad again. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do about that. It is very annoying.
