Default Calling for a battle of the pipes!!

My pred is screaming for some exhaust...but I'm extremely torn as to what to purchase!! The hardest part is I can't find anyone's dyno sheets, and I know LRD is out now, and some other good companies. I'm looking to fill the torque and low end gap. But the kicker is in my race series we have to be under 99db, so sound is a huge issue. And If possible, I would like to keep the airbox stock...I know the pred likes to breath...but I just run too much water to want to butcher holes in it!! Some say they like their W/B, but I don't want to shell $260 to have to fight the popping battle, only to have to hash my airbox for more air, even if it is just uni-vents. So lets hear it...Trinity, HMF, LRD, MBRP....etc.

SHOW ME THE POWER!!

Have u checked out those Looney duel exhaust pipes?? lil heavier than running one pipe but a head turner and he said that they are much quieter than a single pipe. and those are his exact words.

That's not too bad, hmmmm, haven't been there for a while I guess. I might have to give them a call just out of curiosity. Thanks preddzone!

HMF will give you the boost if you play around with the jetting or go DYNAJET KIT. However you have to get some additional air to compensate. Unifilters work great because the factory airbox does not seal if you go for a dive. ITP Mudlites and rev limiter mod will top the PREDDYBOY out as a 2-WHEEL CLIMBING MUDSLINGING MONSTER !! Increase the tire size and expand the wheel offsets. This machine is very hard to roll if you have suspension set for yourstyle of riding. DO not make the mistake of riding rear of this creature. OPen the pipe up when you can and it does as the slogan says. It takes you to another level!! Hell, I'm gonna go for the duals and some Homemade- head porting next and be back soon to let yall know if it's worth it! So long friends. Bbob

I rode with a hmf piped Pred at the Oregon dunes last weekend.........and the thing was WAY loud, I mean OBNOXIOUS loud.

No way he would of passed the sound limit if caught and tested, and the Oregon Dunes are some of the strictest around, with a 93 db limit.

I don't think even my W/B would pass until I repack it. But at least that pipe says Pure Polaris on the side, so most people think that IS stock........

I run my W/B Pure Polaris with the quiet core, all included discs, and even two additional discs. Before race checks have it at 97-98 DB @ 50% throttle. It's very easy unit to quiet down if you need to. Suck, squeeze, bang, blow: 4-strokes should mean torque and power, not blow your ears.
