I was finally sold on the HMF. When I called them, they told me 98db at 6000rpm. If that doesn't fit the bill or they are yanking my chain, I will try the quiet core which they told me will bring it down to the low 90's. I'll have to put it through a race and give it a good review. Maybe modquad and I will have to find a strip of pasture in Akelely and drag our machines[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Whatdaya say modquad[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]?

Darn right, and since we don't have to race, I'm gonna keep a cooler full of malted barley and hops sitting in my pure polaris nerfs....ahhhh, now that is the best use I've found for them yet!!
