where did u hear or see about this? i think it would be a good idea but doubt if it will come out in the near future.

When you got to www.sportsman800.com, it says Coming Soon. By the way its the same web company that owns Predator500.com.

www.sportsman800efi.com is also registered by the marketing group polaris uses. The 800 EFI SPortsmans was tested. They may release both, but an EFI is coming. For those who do not know EFI= Electronic Fuel Injection.

 

i've asked a few dealers the same question about a possible Sportsman800. i'm currently quadless and am very interrested in knowing if a 800 is around the corner. all have said they know nothing about a new 800.

BTW, what do you guys think about the '04 new front ends on the Sp700/600?

I had this discussion with Dan over at heelclicker last week, and he says he knows 3 engineers over at Polaris and they've told him they are not aware of anything like that in the works.
In fact, they're just hoping they'll be able to keep the 700 in the face of pending federal legislation.
