Default Rear brake on Pred...

Now before anyone jumps in and says here is problem with a Predator, let me say that I have been very happy with this quad. I have abused for 8 months now, and this is my first problem.

The rear brake caliper carrier seems to be too loose, to the point that it can somewhat bind up and make all kinds of ugly noises. Today is the first time I ever noticed it. I am on my 3rd set of pads, and have not had any troubles before.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem? Any advice would be great.

Thanks,
Ryan

By the way, how do you put the imformation about yourself and your toys at the end of all of your posts?

First part, did you replace your brake pads yourself? If so, check the button on the side of the swing arm that the calaper "holder" ataches to. Someone posted that like every 2 pad changes you need to replace that button, it will make it sloppy feeling/looking as it wears.

On your second question about posting things about your ride and yourself, that is done in the "Profile" at the top of the page.

Along w/ what ProX stated, it's part number 5131759 the brake caliper mounting bushing, really easy.
