yea you'll pick up some low end power. I noticed with mine that the mid range increased considerably. I'm sure the top end will too once I get a pipe.

what K&N did you use..the panel filter or got rid of the airbox and did the cone? I'd like to keep my airbox since i ride in some pretty wet area's..

I went with the slip on. I still ride through water but I'm much more careful of how deep it is. Usually I let a friend go first through the water so I can judge the depth. If you want to keep the airbox you might want to check out one of the airbox mods that are on the market, but I figured whats the difference between a slip in filter vs an airbox with a bunch of holes cut in it. But that's just my $.02. hope this helps

I tried that with very little results. It's to hard to judge how many air vents to put in for your setup. I ended up getting rid of the popin vents and bought a airbox kit from Gary's superbike shop. Its great, it worked well with my HMF pipe. It is much easier to put on parts already tested than to guess. I would also highly recommend a barrnet cluth, it gets rid of all the notchy shiffting. Good luck!
