Default Scrambler 90 brake light

I have a 2002 Scrambler 90 and the brake light remains on at all times. It doesn't seem to be affecting the brakes. Any help?

Now do you mean the tail light or the brake light like you were pressing the brakes?

The brake light remains on. The quad doesn't have a taillight. The brake light stays on like you're grasping the lever.

i no your probably not stupid but go and start the quad. then without pulling in the brake look at the light. then apply the brake and then look it should get lighter.

Did what you said, no change . Stays on as bright as ever and doesn't flicker.
