One of our predators is not able to start in any gear but neutral. When it dies you cant just pull teh clutch in and start right back up, instead you need to find neutral then start it. Our other predator is able to start in any gear. Anyone had this problem? Maybe i have a disconnected wire or something? Anyhelp would be great.

 

The only reason this would happen is if the "switch" thing that plugs into the clutch perch got messed up. you should check that the connection is good. When I switched my levers and perches I took all that crap off. I didnt realize what it was for till the first time I stalled in the dunes on my dune trip which made it a real pain in the *** the rest of the trip[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Check to see that its still plugged in and that the little thing looks to be in okay shape. I think its supposed to be a little rev limiter thing of some sort. Im not too sure though..

 

Went out and tore that apart right after i posted this and cleaned it all up. Now just need to put it all back together (the whole bike is torn down) and start it up to see if it works. Hopefully that was the problem so i dont have to take it to the dealership. Thanks
