Default scrambler or warrior???

i got a scrambler and its great, i just rode a warrior yesterday and it was awsome but the ride was very bumpy, the suspension on the scrambler is a hell of alot better when the trails get ruff so is the auto trans.what kind of ridin you do? tuff trails and mud get the scrambler, but the warriors faster. ill be doin mostly trails but you can change the suspension on a warrior pretty easily.
life would be so much easier if warriors had 4 wheel drive.
thats a good idea.
maybe ill send it into the yamaha division.

If you want 4x4 in a Warrior type of bike you could get the Wolverine and a manual clutch kit .. Probably cheaper than changing out the suspension on the Warrior too .. though I'm not sure about that.

I've never rode on a Scrammy before so I decline to comment, but I love the Warrior and I don't find it bumpy on trails .. I've got my suspension setup soft. You can change the suspension out pretty easy yeah, but it costs a few bucks!!

Get what feels right for you and to heck and back with everyone else!

Default scrambler or warrior???

Just to throw in my $.02....I rode this weekend with a 500 Sportsman, 450 Kodiak and a 660 Grizzly.....rocks, mud, water, trails, etc.......I went everywhere they went on my Scrammy....all except 1 mud hole (but I did pull the 500SP out ) ...

If you're into any kind of REAL trail riding the Scrammy is hard to beat......sure it's heavy but if you want maximum play time in the mud and the fast trails it's the only way to go.

Default scrambler or warrior???

hey rook camped at finger lakes this weekend got some good pics will forward on after i scan them...Another thing on the warrior that I forgot early. This weekend I pulled one out with my 2x4 then watched him try to jump a down tree and fell off it and if wasnt for the tree in front of him that the bike went up against it would have been down about a 100 ft revine......i politely asked if i could laugh at him hahahahaha.....warriors are nothing for a scrammy i have them for breakfast and go lookin for seconds

I've ridden both for countless hours. I was deciding between the same two but went for the Warrior because the handling on the Scrambler sucks, no offense to anybody. The Warrior's handling isn't the greatest by any means, but the Scrambler handles like a tank. These two quads are really in very different classes. But if it were me, I would take the Warrior because it is dead even with a stock Scrambler, and it is absolutely bulletproof. Jumping on the Scrambler can be a real handful since it weighs over 100 lbs. more than the Warrior.

I've never felt the weight of my scrammy while jumping <shrug> ..... and I know getting the scrammy unstuck (and stuck ) is a whole lot easier with 4wd.....

To each his own but I'd rather play on my scrammy

If you're not afraid of getting stuck and heckled by your buds then go with the Warrior.....if you want to be pulling Warriors out of the muck then get a scrammy!
