ZPNB,I read your above post, yours will be about the same, but i still have electric start and reverse, and stock frame. The plastic is cut,and floorboards removed,no fan. Speaking of AZ bad boyz, did Dennis change his website? I tried to get on there the other day with no luck.

Bought the tires right off the shelf at Action Cycles last week, thought i would give them a try. That track was hard as rock ,so I don't think they helped too much, but they should be good in dirt.Dalton ind in Truro, if you click on my banner ad that comes to the top of the page every so often you can e mail me.

2 days ago I got my first chance to race a 400 with a pipe up sand mountain. Perhaps he needs to get some porting done. He couldn't make it to the top of the hill. It had rained the day before and the hill was bumpy and choppy with ruts and I also saw a stock rappy with paddles couln't reach the summit that day either. My 700 got to the top, but much slower than usual. I think the 400 needs more than a pipe.

Close,416. they do need more than a pipe. My 400 will absolutely smoke my KFX700(stock),but the 400 is 15:1 comp, etc. I may very well build the KFX,And yes,I think it is capable.

two of my riding buddys and I went dunning this last weekend and first hit winchester bay cause we hadn't rode there before. Rode 3 long rides there saturday and got bored so we went to coos bay barck road for a night ride (our favorite place) rode till midnight. Then got up in the morning and rode around a little bit. they have changed box car drag hill and blocked a bunch of hill climbs along the tracks also (SUCKS) . Then we drove to Florence goose pasture area and rode the morning and afternoon there. IT WAS GREAT, THREE DUNES IN ONE WEEKEND. VERY MEMORABLE. One freind has a 02 raptor with full yoshi exhaust, k&n filter, dyno jets, and air box opened up. pretty fast raptor one of the fastest weve seen without major engine work. 03 v-force orange, with full pro circuit exhaust, dyno jet kit, I think he has the green polaris primary, and air box opened up fastest v force Ive seen. Usually depending on the start the raptor wins by about 1 bike length, top speed between the two is with the raptor about 1 mph faster. Me with my 02 scrambler 400 4x4 10 paddle extreme haulers, v force reeds and spacer, 39 pwk carb, billet premium head, HPD air box, twin air filter, HSP speed kit, and other non speed mods.and they both beet me by about six bike lengths still we dragged several times at each place. Im not as fast yet but I can climb 95% of the stuff they can.

That is way to much of a tire for your bike. You should be running an 8 paddle hauler. Do you run in 2 or 4 wheel drive? To much tire can really slow you down.
