trailblazer takes mud pretty good...we go mudding with it with 3 or 4 4x4 ATV's and it can normally go just about ne where that they can go with few exceptions of course.and the pred has no revers....not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing because I noramlly get more stuck going backwards

I'd say it depends on the mud hole. Any 4x4 will do better then a sports bike to an extent in a mud hole. The key for the sports quad is go like hell..where the 4x4 can take more time to do it.

i want to sell my 250 and get a predator, but i do alot of woods and trail riding that consist of alot of mud, and water. if it had reverse and wasnt such a race ready bike than i would have done it already. but my problem is,i want to see if i can find a 400 trailblazer used or new, but i hear the pistons blow out, is that true?

Havent heard about hte pistons, but the did stop selling htem...

Regardless, the Trailblazer will probably outdo the Pred. in the amount of mud it can do, but not by much. Get a set of mudsharks on the rear (that is what I am going to do when I get my Pred) and you should be fine.

Check out some of my threads concerning trail abilities of the Pred and see preoples responses.

i like my tb alot, but i need more power . and they stopped making the 400, which i thought was a dumb decision unless something happened to it. i already got a scrambler, but i want a 2x4, something sporty. they stopped the 400, and i wanna stick with polaris, but i guess i have no choice but the predator( not that its not awsome or anything) .
