Just got my new HPD trail pipe for my 2003 250 trailblazer. with it all lined up it rests on the pull start handle and also touches the head just barely. any ideas/suggestions? Again, I've loosely connected everything in it's proper place. Is it suppose to fit this close? Thanks!

 

I've got the same pipe on my 99 TB 250. Yes, it is a tight fit.
I can't remember exactly what I did to get a little more room
between the pipe and engine. I'll have to go look at it but
mine does rest on top of the pull start handle.
