eliminating the air box

Default eliminating the air box

i was thinking about taking it out and adding a filter directly to the carb with a prefilter,what do you guys think?i dont go mudding much sometimes i have to cross water holes but usually go slow will it be worth it?

They work great. Just be sure to get a water resistant Outerwear....makes maint. very easy.

oh yeah would i need to make a jetting change if i remove it?

As the case with any mod, always do a plug check. If you don't already have a K&N drop-in filter, I would probably jet up first just to be safe.

yeah i already have the k&n drop in i never changed the jettings after i installed it.i have no clue on the jetting or playing around with the carb at all,what would you recommend for jetting with the filtercharger?
