Default what about a sp700 for $4500...........Help!!!!!!

My dad found a 2002 sp700 at a bank that was a repo and said that they wanted $4500 for it.
Is this a good deal and what are some things that I need to look for. Also how can I be sure the 4x4 system works before I buy it, if there is any.

2002 had a water pump prob not sure how to tell if it has been updated. As for the 4x4 if could get all 4 wheels off ground could check. Or get in some loose sand and give er a bit. OR hook up a rope to your toyota and pull that. ;-) Dollar wise is a decent deal.

well guys, i did it. I bought the 700 for $4000 and in fair condition with 150 hrs. Also has a 2000lbs warn winch with it. The only problems that i have found are speedometer dosn't work, and has a hole in the clear radiator hose that doesn't leak unless you take off the top to the resovor. I also got it stuck the first day I got it. Water was over my left headlight and wouldn't go anywhere. It dug ruts knee-waist deep, but I still love it. How do you check the hub fluid. Also where is the dipstick for the oil.
