Default 2001 Scambler 500 Eletrical problem :|

I ‘m having problems with my starter,{Red}, button. I have replaced my started, starter solenoid and switch box control on my handlebars witch include my headlights. The starter works fine if I jump it.

1) Electrical question:is there a fuse or breaker along the wires connecting from the solenoid to the front there seems to be no power getting to the solenoid. What am I missing? Where can I look?

2) Rear suspension question:suggestions on a rear shock and spring for a 240lbs person

Thx for the help

This is for a 200o scrambler, but I would assume that it is the same. According to my wiring diagram, it shows a 20 AMP circuit breaker located on a red wire going from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid.

As far as the shock goes, I am going to have mine revalved by PEP. A few people have recommended to go that way. Your only other choice is to get a Works shock, around $700. I weigh about the same, a little less, and have the shock setting stiffened til I like it. It is a trial and error kinda thang Hope this helps
