I still need to do some testing, but for a HPD race mod, it didn't work well. Then again, HPD has since modded my Team secondary, so I should probably give it another test.
Scramblered, I'd still like to know which primary spring and wts you're running.

I love the trail kit I got from Aaen. It engages about 200 rpms higher, and keeps pulling way into the higher rpms. It doesn't top out too early like stock setup. It feels like it just keeps pulling. Probably more important, I installed the Aaen secondary shift drum conversion. I think it is better than a clutch kit. It is worth every penny. I have it on my 250 as well and think it is worth twice as much on the 2 stroke. Most likely all the companies do about the same, I just like dealing with Aaen, so pick one you like to deal with.

viperstripe, you can get a discount on a kit if your a member of atvnation, otherwise it's about 189.00.
I did not lose any top speed with this kit. Whats nice about this kit is you can taylor it to your needs. I have mine engage right off idle and it will go vertical. Four stroke tech. makes the 600 & 628 big bore kit. A while back dirt wheels mag did an article on a scrammy 500 that had the 628 kit installed. but to install the 600 or 628 kit you have to split the engine cases for the longer stroke.
