Default big mess!

Well i got my rcr stage 1 kit for my 02 trailboss and had been really happy with the whole kit until today. Well the muffler for the kit is the wb e-series and because we are going on a trip pretty soon i wanted to take out a few disks to quiet it down (national park) Well by the time I had taken out the 6 allen wrench screws in the sparks arrestor, three of them had broke off inside the muffler, all in different places, and there is only one that actualy has most of the threads on it. This was really dissapoitning considering im only 15 and have to save up money for a long time before i can buy something like a 250$ muffler. I know that rick does not make this product but i dont know what to do. I cant even put the spark arrestor back on now and i am out alot of money and have no idea what im going to do. Any suggestions?

I would call Rick directly, he sold you the muffler as part of his satge 1 kit....He has excellent customer service, just explain what happened, and he should make good on it...
