Scrambler 400 Wheelies

With my Sport, timing was very important. I had to be at a dead stop, or maybe rolling just a little, but probably not even 5mph. Stand up, nail the gas and pull back. Mine had a tiny delay before the full power came on, so I had to pull a split second after my throttle came on. Keep the gas on until the quad hits the balance point....once you get that down just keep practicing.
Good luck, hope this helps.

The grab bar should stop you in most cases...once the front end comes up stay in the gas. I'd practice on level ground though to make sure the bar will stop you if you go over too far

I couldn't do them on flat ground sitting with mine without holding the brake and reving it up. I would practice standing with both feet on the pegs. Putting one foot on the grab bar, or both feet on the grab bar is safer and easier, but it doesn't look as good, ya know
