I'm thinkin about giving up quad racing and selling off my stuff. This year hasn't went very well (5th place throphy is the best I've got) and I just started building a stockcar to race at a local 1/4 dirt track next year. So I think its time for the predator to find a new home. Heres a list of all the things I've done to it:

I'm thinkin about asking around $8500 for it. Is that to much? I've got over $11,000 invested in it.

 

Sorry but you are never going to get that price. My suggestion would be to take off the rims, rear hubs and shocks and try to sell them seperately. After that you might be able to get $5000 out of it maybe. I had a buddy get a brand new one at a dealership for $5000 in Iowa City, Iowa a month ago so you are going to be hard pressed to get much more than that.

 

You will have a tough time getting $5000 out of it. Mods aren't worth much when you resell. Take the aftermarket parts off, sell them individually, you can usually get about half what you paid for them, then sell the quad for about $4800.00
