Chain case guard/shifter bolt M6-1.0x 25mm
Stator cover M6-1.0x 35mm
I'll get the front suspension bolt sizes up later. On any fastener, you can get them 1/4" shorter if you like, provided you use the lightweight, low profile aviation nuts from Aircraft Spruce and specialty. Mettec.com is a great source for titanium bolts. Strongly suggested to use a dab of antisieze on the threads of the ti bolts when using the self-locking nuts.....otherwise use loctited blue. Always make sure to have at least two threads protruding through the nut when finished torquing. This is only a portion of what is switched over, but it should keep you busy for a bit.

Here's a few more:
Front shock 3/8" x 2 1/4" nut
A-arm to frame 3/8" x 3.25" nut
Front bumper to frame 5/16"x3.25"-18
Pro Steering to frame 5/16"x 5/8"-18
Pro steering arm to base 3/8" x 3" nut
Pro arm to steering post 3/8" x 2.25" nut
Engine to mounts 3/8" x 5" nut There's three of these. The front two are easy swaps, but the lower/rear one requires removing the oil lines. There are two seals on each oil line. One o-ring, and a hard teflon back-up. Be careful not to slice/damage them when re-installing the line. Also for that same line, according to the maint manual, anytime the oil line from the tank to the pump inlet (page 3.10) is opened, pump priming should be performed. I've heard many who skip this....but there's a risk factor there.
Remember, any that say nut, you can either re-use the stock nut, most are fine thread, or order lightweight aviation grade nuts from Aircraft Spruce and Specialty, Wicks aircraft supply also carries them.

ok, looking on the Mettec website, are these bolts you listed Fine thread or Coarse thread?? Really just need to know about the engine mount x-member bolts but maybe they are all one or the other??
