My trailblazer only puffs oil when it starts up for a while . Should it do it all the time?

Yes! All 2 strokes will smoke. It should clear up as it gets hot. What kind of oil are you using. You can get a low smoke oil.

I know that 2 strokes puffs oil I though that my oil pump is not working right. It would puff than it would stop. I dont know what kind of oil is in there the guy that i bought from didnt tell me. What is the best brand oil to run in there.

Alot of people dont have problems with the plain polaris blue but I run the polaris gold and almost no smoke. At least if it smokes you no it is getting oil.
