Bubba hit the nail on the head. Put that sucker on an extremem diet! The Sport/Scrambler line of machines is a recreational/sport machine. Meant for improved performance, yet not designed to be a Dana Creech Huevos 6 max air machine. It's not the frames fault that you're using it for an unintended use, and suffering failures. If you push machines to the max, you're gonna find weaknesses. Either gusset, and realize you're beyond it's designed use, or step up and buy a race built frame.

HPD for milling over 2 lbs off your flywheel.
Remove starter
White Bros for battery eliminator
Remove oil injection/pre-mix at 40:1
4x4 Scrambler had aluminum front bumper and floorboards
Hot Seat chromoly swingarm and steering stem
Aluminum handlbars
Arizona Bad Boyz chromoly a-arms
Slip-on K&N, ditch the airbox
Use Redline Water Wetter (watch it in cold climates) and ditch the cooling fan
Mettec.com for various titanium bolts, change a few at a time.
Works Shocks/struts (Hot Seat also sells Fox front struts), and maybe get them revalved by PEP, for jumping

Now go do your homework, and research a bit before blaming something else.

I would suggest getting a late model motocross bike if you really think you need to jump .

Please be carefull , I have seen a lot of poeple get hurt doing daring stunts such as big jumps . Concider slowing it down a touch , rethink the *if you aren't abusing it , ,you aren't riding it right* mentality .

I quit taking big risks like that in 1987. I have found I can have a good time on bikes and quads with out risking a ride in the medivac chopper .

think it over

Rick

Frist off The scramy has had a big diet. all the weight I could take off has been gone for a long time>
I guess I beat it to hard and get to much air.
Next for bubba, I am 28 years old . not some young kid.
But, I do feel young so I ride as hard as any young kid.
Next I must say I like to here from you scramy guys when I have a problem It is helpful. But, i must say I've been though it all with this bike so if any of you guys have problems let me know. Also I'm best friends with the local dealer so much so that he gives me almost anything at discount or free. I guess i have a sponsorship with them .

I have no doubt if your on your second broke frame then you are making some big A$$ air. Some discounted of freebie parts always helps out too. And Matt, you are still young to me..... I have 5 years on you
