Very Nice, Scotts88. Are you a supplier now? Anyone have a "report" on using these? I bet they'd work well for me out in AZ desert....still expectin' 105 Degrees this weekend - and its the end of Sept!

Nah..Prob only a one time thing..I just used some scrap alum pipe that we had laying around..cant see going in and buying some to make..plus they take up time.
I have NO idea if it works or not..i cant see why it couldnt..alum just sucks the heat outta anything..now the ones on the web..they say they have the perfect amount of fins, the right size..blah blah blah..mine looks about the same..should work just as good..ie..its not flow tested! UGGGG.
your head pipe looks as bad as mine.............looks like barfed up chocolate cookies........
WHY can't polaris get a better bake on hi-temp paint......or *GASP* spend the few extra dollars and jet-hot coat them from the factory.......
This winter mine is getting sent out for the Silver Jet hot......Guys, this stuff is AWESOME, and should only cost $60-70 for the head pipe to look shiney silver for life!

G'day guys,
For your pipe give it a good scrub then spray wd40 all over and any other time you can.
In time it gives it a dark oilly look, though not as good as your ceramic coating will look Dave.
Geoff.
