I have a 2003 Trailboss 330 and I love the machine but I wish that Polaris had included a gas guage and now I see the 04's do have them. Does anyone know if this will work on my 03 or is there an aftermarket one available out there.

 

Looks to me like the '04s will fit yours. Check with your dealer for sure. I think they are like $16.99.

 

I have an '03 TB330, also wanted a gas gauge. We just bought an '04 TB 330 with a gas gauge. I tried it in the 330, and it works just fine - bought one in Corona - there are two types - one is long the other is short - the TB 330 requires the short one - I paid $14.95.

I did buy a 04' gauge for my 03' boos and a gauge for my 03' TB 400,,and they work great the one on My trailbazer doesnt sit exactly center to read it,,but atleast I know how much gas that pig is drinking,,,the trailbloss gauge works great. I gave $16 a piece at the dealer.
