I'm not BBS but....he got the lights at an auto parts store I can't think of the name, we don't have them around here but he said they were similar to any aftermarket lights you find in the automotive dept....about$30-40 I think is what he paid....

The trail tech is simple.....a cable runs down from the handlebars to a sensor mounted on the strut....you then glue a magnet to the brake rotor and calibrate it by wheel size. The only scary part is drilling the hole to mount the sensor.

Thanks for the compliment Viperstripe. I got the lights from Meijers (our local "superstore"). You should be able to find something similar at Walmart or any auto parts store. They are the Pilot Cyber White 55wt Simulated H.I.D. lights. They cost $40. They have that blue tinted glass lense that looks way better than the stock plastic lense. They are about the same size as the stock ones and have the same type of mounting bracket. I did have bore out the mounting bracket hole a little and I had to grind a little of the plastic housing at the top to get it to fit right to the headlight gaurd. Not that hard though. I used some connectors and connected the wiring to the existing headlight wiring so that I could use the existing headlight switch. I had to solder the high and low beam wires together because the lights are only on and off, no high or low. This means that they will be on whether I have it on high or low. If you need me to I can go more indepth with the wiring. It took less than an hour to do the whole thing. I think that Rook pretty much nailed the whole Trailtech setup. Very easy. I used JBWeld to attach the magnet though. Both the lights and Trailtech are things that I would highly recommend.
