tb 250 fan
I've got the same prob. The trails I ride in is slow going. If not a fan. Then some way to monitor the engine heat. Not so bad now, with the temps in the low 70's. But when it was 100 Plus. My engine got real hot. We should of got the 400. My next one is going to be the scrambler. Not that the baja 650 aint the bomb. Even the Kaw 700. Wow. The choices. All about the same price. Although that baja 650 aint made for the trails. I might just have to change my riding habits.

I don't think that under normal riding conditions that you would need
a fan. I have installed 2 small 3x3 cooling fans on my reed converted
TB just because it generates more heat but check this out, the exhaust
duct from the top of the clutch housing dumps hot air on top of the
cylinder head. Thats for both the Scramblers and the TB's. I really
don't see the logic behind that move. The new kawasaki v-force has
the same clutch set-up but the duct vents outward instead of inward.
I've taken my exhaust duct off and covered the opening with a small
aluminum louver!
