rear shock adjustable on Scrambler?

I was just wondering if the rear shock on a 2002 Scrambler is adjustable? There is that screw with a lock nut on the top of the resivoir, what is that for, anything?

rear shock adjustable on Scrambler?

You can adjust the compression of the spring by tightening or losening the big nut on the bottom of the shock
