Well I have owned almost one of all brands and a wheeler of any kind will only be as good as you take care of it. Ther polaris quads need a bit more maintenence and detailed attention, but they give great service. 99 models and up are better designed quads also.

If you have to ask and you believe spanxkx, then yes don't buy one. I think you are trying to make trouble.

Scramblers are not junk. They might have problems just like any other brand but overall they are very reliable and can produce over 80+hp. You never hear about thier frames cracking (400ex,z400,yfz450) or Trans problems ( rappy) Yes it is automatic and needs more attention but like any quad you take care of it and it will take care of you. Yes they have had motor problems but 90% of the time it is rider error. Just like the Banshee, It is 2 stroke but once you start modding it, more problems can happen. Mainly because of lean jetting. I have seen full alcohol 90hp scramblers eat up everything in sight with no problems while the other highly moded quads could not even get off the line. But on the other hang have seen it the other way around. It depends on who builds them, how the mods work together and if the quad is beat all the time. A scrambler is the perfect trail quad hands down. the power is there when you need it,no shifting, and it handles very well for a single a arm setup and comfortable on those all day rides.
