34 mm carb on TB

Default 34 mm carb on TB
I'm putting a 34mm carb on our TrailBoss. Anyone know what needle position the clip shoulb be in ? Also from other posts is a 190 main a good starting point ?

It is trail ported, miled head, HPD pipe.

Is it a 34 off of a scrambler, or is it a flatslide? Mikuni or Keihin?

It's off a cyclone actually, It came in pieces so i don't know what position the clip was in.
