MY 03 PREDATOR NOW SHIFTS REALLY HARD AND WHEN SHIFT INTO 2ND GEAR IT CLANKS HARD PLUS POPS INTO NEUTRAL 50% OF THE TIME. WHATS WRONG? AND ITS STILL UNDER EXT WARRANTY, SHOULD POLARIS UPDATE TO 04 CLUTCH AND WILL IT WORK?? THATS WHAT I WANT. THANKS.

 

Have you ever adjusted your clutch? Your clutch may have developed enough slack that it is not fully disengaging when you pull the lever. You have fine adjustment on your lever and main adjustment down by the cases. Read your manual for more info. If you haven't adjusted your clutch lever since you've owned it, I would definately try that first!

 

i found running a different oil helped... i dont think any1 runs the PS4 junk...
mine shifts fine.. i never had the hard shifting problem every1 talks about..
