I took my 98 Trial Boss to my local Polaris Dealer for a look see and while I was there I saw something I hadn't previously seen.

It was 2004 Trail Boss trimmed out in black and gold plastic...it looked bad *** but I have yet to see a website that has a picture of it.
As far as I was aware the 04 TB was only avalible in that ugly blue color.

Am I the only one to survive this long enough to report it?

Is there some kind of conspiracy going on?


Hell I might would buy it on looks alone. It gotta be better than that piece I've already got.

 

its a LE trail boss. Polaris has a lot of LE atvs this year.

 

I saw it and survived, almost bought it instead of the used 02 dealer had. It looked great and would kinda match my sp500. But alas, the wife liked the 1100 dollar diffrence in price so we got the 02. The racks are smaller than my 02 and it has the 330 engine but not enough diffrence for my wife to take it.

I saw it and bought one. My wife has a WineBerry 2003 which was a LE also. The Black and Gold is really sharp, and they even have a gas cap with a gauge in it unlike our 2003. Polaris needs to get a speedo kit for them staock. I purcheased the kit for mine via the dealer and it was another $279.00, plus installation. I love the way both of our TrailBoss' run, handle etc, just could use a little more pep.
